Ribbon


Please choose Ribbon carefully, all Ribbon sales final.
 

Return-Policy


SweetTalk products must be returned within 30 days from date of order.  The products must be in their original packaging and unused.
 

Refund-Policy


No credit card or cash refunds will be issued.  All returns are for store credit only.  Store credit must be used within six months of date of issue.  If credit is not used within the six month period, it will be forfeited.  Under no circumstances will shipping costs and costs associated with shipping be issued as part of the credit.
 

Cancellation-Policy


If you would like to cancel your order it must be done within twenty-four hours of the time and date of the order.
 

Shipping-Policy


SweetTalk ships to addresses in the United States only.
 

Damaged-Product-Policy


SweetTalk makes every effort to pack your order so as to reduce the possibility of damage during shipping.  However, if your product arrives damaged you must notify SweetTalk within three days of receipt.  We will replace your product and pay shipping cost.
 

Insurance-is-optional


If insurance is not purchased, SweetTalk will not be responsible for item once it is shipped.

Happy Mail Disclaimer


All SweetTalk® tags are 4-color, double sided, digitally printed on smooth manila paper. They are 7 1/2" wide x 3 3/4" tall. And require first class postage.

Because your order is being printed on a digital printer, please be aware that there may be color variations from how you are viewing the colors on the SweetTalk® website. Computer monitors can be very deceptive because they may not be calibrated accurately.

By ordering Style tags (Happy Mail), you agree to the following:

  1. Spelling and content are correct.
  2. Design choice and colors are correct.
  3. A digital printing process is being used and there will be color variations.
  4. SweetTalk® Happy Mail designs Big 'Ol Heart, Chirping Hearts and Scalloped Hearts have color texturing. By design, colors have a distressed look.
  5. SweetTalk® Happy Mail (Postcards) require first class postage.
  6. Changes will be charged as follows: first round an additional $50; second round an additional $75; third round and each change thereafter an additional $100. Example: with three rounds of changes I will be spending an additional $225.
  7. SweetTalk® reserves the right to refuse to print any word(s) deemed inappropriate.
  8. ALL SALES FINAL.
